حصار دولي وإقليميّ يُطبق على غزة، وحصارٌ محليّ على الضفة يرافقه صمتٌ دولي أعطى الضوء الأخضر لممارسة كل الإجرام الممكن لوقف المدِّ الإسلامي، والقضاء على حماس.
ليكون عنوان المرحلة دماء تخاطب القتلة وترافقهم، لعنةً لما اقترفته أيديهم، ولما يخفونه في أقبية التحقيق وزنازين العتمة.

قصةٌ قديمة حديثة، مشاهد مكررة، وحكايا مُلهِبة، أبطالها رجالٌ غُيِّبوا خلف الشمس؛ ليخرجوا على الأكتاف يُحدِّثون بمأساة لم تنتهي بعد!

نطالعكم بهذا التقرير حول شهداء التعذيب على أيدي أجهزة عباس وسُلطة "أوسلو":

سجون السلطة بين 1996- 2007

خمسة عشر عاماً لسُلطة الحكم الذاتي على أرض فلسطين، بدأت بعد انتفاضة الحجارة، إجرامٌ بدأ في غزة، واليوم وبعد انتفاضة الأقصى كان إجرامهم في الضفة، لم يتغير اليوم عن الأمس كثيراً، وإن كانت المدلولات السياسية والعناوين تغيّرت.

القتل هو القتل، والتعذيب هو التعذيب، كأنّ هذه السُلطة الدخيلة لا تعتاش إلا على دماء الفلسطينيين، والحقيقة أنّ مسلسل الإجرام في سجون السُلطة لم يتوقف طيلة الخمسة عشر عاماً؛ لتكون أول حالة وفاة في سجونهم بتاريخ 4/7/1994م، يليها تسع حالات قتل تحت التعذيب في العام 1995م، وثلاث حالات في عام 1996م، و سبع حالات عام 1997م، وأربع حالات في العامين 1998و1999م، وثماني حالات بعد عام 2000م، أي بما مجموعه 32 حالة، وهذه الحالات كلها كانت بين الضفة وغزة، وعلى خلفيات متعددة.

ظروف الاختطاف وخلفيته بين المحنتيْن

في السابق كان التعذيب والقتل على تهم منها الجنائية والأمنية أو التعاون مع الاحتلال؛ فإنّ الواقع اليوم مختلف ووجه الاعتقال والاتهام هو الانتماء لحركة حماس أو المعاونة أو المشاركة بنشاطاتها وإن كان الحضور فقط.
بين الأمس واليوم، ذات التعذيب والجِراح، وينقسم هذا التعذيب إلى قسميْن :
- التعذيب الجسدي:
والذي يشمل الضرب المباشر، الشبح المتواصل بأشكاله المختلفة (العادي، بواسطة بكرة، الكرسي المعكوس، الوقوف على الكوبين "الكاسة"، الطاقة للأعلى، الضغط، الضغط على أصابع اليد، ضغط الصدر، الموزة)، التعريض للمياه أو التيارات الهوائية الساخنة والباردة، الخنق، الكي بالسجائر، الحرمان من الطعام والشراب والنوم ... إلخ.
- التعذيب النفسي:
ويشمل الحبس الانفرادي لفترات طويلة وعزل المعتقل عن العالم الخارجي، التهديد بالاعتداء على شرف الأخت أو الزوجة على سبيل المثال، والترهيب والتخويف بأنواعه، مثل استخدام المحققين لآلات تسجيل تصدر أصوات صراخ من غرفة مجاورة، أو ضرب معتقل بقسوة لتصدر عنه أصوات ترهب المعتقلين الآخرين.
يبقى ملف نتائج التحقيق والضرب مغلقاً سريّا، وحجم ضحاياه كبير، فلا يظهر إلا مَن يُحمَل لقبره، أما التشوهات والإعاقات الناتجة عن الضرب فلم تظهر بعد للمجتمع، والمأساة تُخفي ملفاً لا يُستَهان به!

شهداء تحت التعذيب
2008-2009

لم يكن الثاني والعشرون من شهر شباط لعام 2008م عادياً، ففيه سُجِّلت أول حالة وفاة نتيجة التعذيب في الضفة الغربية بعد الحسم العسكريّ في غزة، وهو الشهيد الشيخ مجد البرغوثي (47عاماً)، من بلدة كوبر برام الله، حيث أعلنت وفاته بعد أسبوع من اعتقاله لدى سجن المخابرات العامة، ليرتقي الشهيد ويحيا المجرمون آمنين!

لم ينتهِ عام 2008 بحالة وفاة واحدة في سجون أجهزة السُلطة، ففي 29\9\2008م أعلنت شرطة رام الله أن المعتقل لدى جهاز المخابرات في سجن أريحا شادي شاهين (27 عاماً)، من سكان مدينة البيرة، توفي بظروف غامضة، وهو متهم بإطلاق النار على نبيل عمرو، حيث اعتقله الاحتلال وبعد الإفراج عنه اعتقله جهاز المخابرات ليودع سجن أريحا للتحقيق معه بعيدا عن ضغوط عائلته، وفور وفاته أعلن جهاز المخابرات أنّ الوفاة طبيعية!!!، ويُشار إلى أنّ شاهين ينتمي لحركة فتح.

أما عام 2009، فلم يكن أفضل من سابقه، ففي 2009/2/8م ارتقى الشهيد محمد الحاج (30عاماً)، من بلدة جلقموس بجنين، إثر التعذيب في سجن الأمن الوقائي، حيث عُثِر على كدمات وأثار التعذيب واضحة على جسده الذي كان لونه ما بين السواد والأزرق، ومن الجدير بالذكر أنّه استشهد بعد ثلاثة أيام من اختطافه الأخير.
وأربعة أشهر أخرى انقضت على استشهاد الحاج، ليُكمل المسلسل حلقاته، هذه المرة الشهيد من بلدة دورا محافظة الخليل وهو الممرض هيثم عمرو (23عاماً)، وذلك بتاريخ 2009/6/15، وقد توفي نتيجة التعذيب الوحشي الذي تعرض له في سجن المخابرات، أما المسئولون عن القتل هم : ماهر عبد القادر عمرو وهو يشغل منصب مدير التحقيق في مخابرات الخليل، ومحمد منصور( أبو عاصم ) رئيس جهاز المخابرات، وشارك في الجريمة منذر غيث من مدينة الخليل، وهو مسئول عن حوادث شلل أيدي الكثيرين من المختطفين إثر الشبح.

لم يكتمل التحقيق ولم يتم القصاص، لتطالعنا جريمة جديدة بعد شهرين، كان ضحيتها الشهيد كمال أبو طعيمة (44عاماً)، من سكان مخيم الفوار محافظة الخليل، وكان أبو طعيمة معتقلا لدى السلطة الفلسطينية مدة تسعة أشهر، وأفرج عنه قبل أكثر من شهر ونصف (قبيل إعلان وفاته) بعد إصابته بجلطة حادة نتيجة التعذيب في مقر الأمن الوقائي نقل إثرها إلى الأردن للعلاج؛ ليعودَ إلى ذويه شهيداً.
أسبوعٌ على إعلان استشهاد أبو طعيمة، ليُستَشهَد فادي حمادنة (28عاماً)، من عصيرة الشمالية بنابلس، بتاريخ 2009/8/10، حيث توفي نتيجة التعذيب في سجن جنيد –المخابرات العامة).

شهداء الحركة الأسيرة في سجون الاحتلال في مقابل الشهداء والقتلى في سجون السلطة

- مجمل الشهداء :
بلغ عدد شهداء الحركة الأسيرة (195) أسيرًا منذ عام 1967، منهم (70) أسيرًا استشهدوا نتيجة التعذيب القاسي في السجون الصهيونية، والذي شرعت له المحاكم، و( 48) أسيرًا استشهدوا نتيجة سياسة الإهمال الطبي المتعمد، و(70) أسيرًا استشهدوا نتيجة القتل العمد وبدم بارد بعد الاعتقال، وهناك (7) أسرى استشهدوا نتيجة إطلاق النار المباشر عليهم من قِبل الجنود والحراس وهم داخل السجون، بمعدل خمسة شهداء لكل سنة.
مجموع الشهداء والقتلى على أيدي أجهزة السُلطة منذ 15 عاماً يقارب 44 شخصاً، أي بمعدّل ثلاثة أشخاص لكل عام (والواقع أقسى من ذلك).

- نتيجة التعذيب :
في سجون الاحتلال كان الشهداء نتيجة التعذيب والقتل (77 شهيداً) بمعدّل شهيديْن لكل عام.
بينما لدى الأجهزة الأمنية وفي أقل من عاميْن على اعتبار أنّ أول حادثة استشهاد تحت التعذيب كانت الشيخ مجد البرغوثي (2008/2/22) ، وصل عدد الشهداء إلى ستة!!، بمعدل شهيد لكل ثلاثة أشهر وهو يكافئ ثلاثة شهداء لكل عام!!

حقوق الإنسان والمجتمع الدولي، الغائبون عن الضفة و الحاضرون في غزة

كلما ذُكِرَت حقوق الإنسان، ذُكِرَ معها الحق المنسي والحقوق المغيَّبة، في غزة، إن تحرّكت الحكومة خطوة أو أصدرت قراراً تجد كل المؤسسات الحقوقية بدأت تشحذ ألسنتها وبياناتها وترفع تقاريرها؛ لإثارة الرأي الدوليّ العام، بينما في الضفة، فلا تسمعُ لهم رِكزاً، كأنّ ما يجري في الضفة لا يعني المجتمع الدولي ولا يمسّ بحقوق الإنسان.

مؤسسات بلا حقوق، وحقوق بلا حماية، ووأد للحقائق وطمس لمعالمها؛ والسُّلطان هو التهديد والإجبار، فلا صوتَ فوق صوتِ قانون الغاب.

ماذا بعد؟

إنّ ما يجري ليس إعداما للحقائق بل تعداه للتزوير والتشويه، ولا زالت حلقات خطة دايتون تضيِّق الخناق وتضرب.

نعتبر ما يجري في الضفة هو اختزال لمفهوم الحريات، وما صمت المجتمع الدولي إلا موافقة ضمنية وختمٌ على مجريات الأحداث، كما يُعتَبر كل مشارِك في الضرب والاختطاف والقتل شريكاً في الجُرم، بدءً من رأس الهرم في سلطة عباس ومروراً بمركزية فتح ومجلسها الثوري ووصولاً لرؤساء ومديريها ، ونُحَمِّل عائلاتهم تبعات ما يجري وما يقومون به من ممارسات لن تعفيهم من القصاص!

ولا نعفي أحداً من المسئولية تجاه تسارع الأحداث وتصاعد أرقام المتضررين والوفيات، بل ونطالب بالكشف عن كل الجرائم وتعرية المسئولين عنها، والإفراج الفوري عن كافة المختطفين.

Martyrs under torture

2008-2009

The twenty-second, February in 2008 did not a normal day, in this day was the first recorded deaths due to torture in the West Bank after the military takeover of the Gaza Strip, he is the MartyrSheikh Majd Barghothi (47 years), from the town of Cooper in Ramallah, where he was pronounced dead a week after his arrest in General Intelligence prison, to move up the Martyrand the criminals live in safety!
The 2008 year did not pass in one case of death in the Authority prisons, in the 29\9\2008 the Ramallah police announced that detained by the intelligence services in Jericho prison Shadi Shaheen (27 years), resident of Al-Bireh, died of mysterious circumstances, he was suspected of shooting Nabil Amr, as captured by the occupation and after his release was arrested by the intelligence service in the Jericho prison, filed for investigation away from the pressures of his family, and upon his death, the intelligence service announced that the death was natural!!!, referred to as the Shaheen belongs to the Fatah organization.

As in 2009, it was not better than its predecessor, In 2009/2/8 killed Mohammed al-Haj (30 years) was elevated, Jalkamous from the town of Jenin, because of the torture of prisoners at the Preventive Security, where they found bruises and clear signs of torture on his body, which his color was between black and blue, it is worth mentioning that the martyrdom was three days after his last abduction.
Four months since the Authority of Hajj, to complete the rings series, this time the killed is form village of Dura, Hebron district, a nurse Amr Haitham (23 years), so on 2009/6/15, he has died as a result of brutal torture, he suffered in the intelligence prison.

The Palestinian security forces, in less than two years, (if we consider that Sheikh Majd Barghouti was the first martyr dead under torture 22/02/2008) have martyred 6 people! (A martyr every three months on average) which is *****alent to 3 martyrs every year!!!

Human rights and the international community, absent in the West Bank, present in Gaza...

Every time we mention human rights, we speak of forgotten or neglected rights. In Gaza, when the government takes a step or issues a decision, we find all human rights organizations writing articles, and publishing reports to sensibilize the international opinion.
In the West bank, these organizations have no activities, as if what is happening does not concern the international community or affects human rights.

Organizations without rights, and rights without protection...they hide the truth, obscure his features: the sultan is threat and coercion, because no voice above the voice of the law of the jungle.

What is next?

Truths are not just hidden or neglected, but rather defrauded and modified, and the Dayton plan, still strangling the resistance...

Les prisons de l'Autorité palestinienne entre 1996 – 2007 :

Quinze ans depuis l’autorité d'auto-administration, en Palestine. Après le début du soulèvement des pierres (1ère intifada), leurs crimes commencèrent à Gaza, et après l’intifada d’el Aqsa, leurs crimes continuèrent en Cisjordanie et bien que les implications politiques et les titre avaient été changés, la criminalité est toujours la même.

Assassiner est assassiner, la torture est la torture, comme si cet autorité ne peut se nourrir que du sang Palestinien. Le cycle de la criminalité dans les prisons de l'Autorité palestinienne a toujours été présent durant ces quinze ans, le premiers décès dans les prisons, le 4/7/1994, était suivis par neuf morts sous la torture en 1995, trois cas en 1996, sept en 1997, quatre cas en 1998 / 1999, et huit cas après 2000, d’où un total de 32 martyrs, en Cisjordanie et à Gaza.

Les circonstances et les causes de l'enlèvement :

Avant, les captifs torturés ou assassinés étaient accusés d’inculpation de criminalité, de sécurité ou de coopération avec l'occupation, aujourd’hui, appartenir au Hamas, aider ou de participer à ses activités (même par simple présence) cause l’arrestation et la mise en accusation.
Entre hier et aujourd'hui, la même torture et les mêmes blessures, dont on distingue deux types :

La torture physique:
Inclut les coups directs, al chabah sous diverses formes (normal, par bobine, chaise renversée, se tiennent sur les Cubains "Alcasp", la plus haute énergie, la pression, la pression sur les doigts de la main, compression thoracique, banane), l'exposition à l'eau ou les courants d'air chaud et froid, étouffement, brûlures de cigarettes, privation de manger, boire et dormir ... etc.

La torture psychologique :
Y compris l'isolement pendant de longues périodes, l'isolement du détenu du monde extérieur, la menace de toucher à l’honneur de la sœur ou la femme par exemple, le chantage et l’intimidation, comme le recours à des machines enregistrant des son de cris, ou battre cruellement l’un des détenus pour que ses cris terrifient les autres.

Les résultats des enquêtes restent confidentiels, le nombre des victimes est important, mais nous ne pouvons en distinguer que le nombre de ceux qui passent à leurs tombes, quant aux déformations et aux handicaps, on pourrait seulement dire, qu’il s’agit d’un dossier cachant toute une tragédie.

Martyrs sous la torture 2008/2009

Le 22 février 2008 : on avait enregistré le premiers décès dus à la torture en Cisjordanie après la prise de contrôle militaire dans la bande de Gaza. La mort du Cheikh Majd Barghouti (47 ans), de la ville de Cooper, Ramallah, a été déclarée une semaine après son arrestation.

Le cas d’El Barghouti n’était pas l’unique en 2008 : 29/09/2008 : la police de Ramallah avait annoncé la mort de Shadi Shaheen (27 ans), résident d'Al-Bireh, dans de mystérieuses circonstances. Le jeune homme soupçonné de tirer sur Nabil Amr, avait été arrêté par l’autorité de l’occupation, puis, après sa libération a été arrêté par les services de renseignements de la prison de Jéricho. Dès son décès, le service de renseignement a annoncé que la mort était naturelle! (on signale que Shaheen appartient au mouvement de Fatah)

Quant à 2009, il n'était pas meilleur que son prédécesseur :
Le 08 février : décès du martyr Mohammed al Shahid-Haj (30 ans), Jalkamous ,Jénine après trois jours de son enlèvement. On a trouvé des ecchymoses et des signes de grave torture sur son corps qui était de la couleur entre le noir et le bleu.
Encore quatre mois…15/06/2009 décès de l’infermier Amr Haithem (23ans) Dura, Hébron suite aux tortures brutales qu'il a subies dans le prison des services de renseignement. Les responsables du meurtre sont :
Maher Abdel Kader Amr, directeur de l'enquête dans les services de renseignement d'Hébron
Mohamed Mansour (Abu Asim), chef du renseignement
Et a participé au crime Munther Ghaith, d'Hébron, qui est responsable de nombreux cas de paralysie des mains des captifs.
L’enquête n’a pas été encore achevée, lorsqu’on se trouvait face à un nouveau crime : Kamal Abu To'eima (44 ans), du camp de réfugiés de Fawar, Hébron. Il était prisonnier par l’autorité palestinienne pendant 9 mois, puis, il a été libéré depuis plus qu’un moi et demi (juste avant la déclaration de son décès). Il a subi une hémorragie cérébrale massive à cause des tortures, et été transféré en Jordanie pour le traitement, pour revenir martyr dans un cercueil.
Une semaine après, Fedi Hemdana,(28 ans),al assira, Naplouse, martyrisé par la torture dans la prison Junaid .

Les martyrs des captifs, dans les prisons israéliennes en échange des martyrs et des morts dans les prisons de l'Autorité palestinienne :

La totalité des martyrs :
Le nombre des martyrs du mouvement captif avait atteint 195 depuis 1967, dont 70 meurent suite à de graves tortures dans les prisons (légitimés par les tribunaux), 48 à cause de la politique de la négligence médicale délibérée,70 assassinés de sang froid après l’arrestation, et 7 tués lors d’un tir direct par les soldats et les gardiens au prison ( 5 martyrs annuellement en moyenne).

Le nombre total des personnes martyrisé/tués par les autorités palestiniennes depuis 15 ans, est environ 44, soit une moyenne de trois personnes par an (la réalité demeure encore pire).

Les conséquences de la torture :
Dans les prisons de l’occupation, 77 captifs ont été assassinés ou morts à cause des tortures, soit la moyenne de deux martyrs annuellement.
Les forces de sécurité palestiniennes, en moins de deux ans, (si on considère que Sheikh Majd barghouti était le premier martyr mort sous la torture 22/02/2008) avaient martyrisé 6 personnes !! (Un martyr tout les trois mois en moyenne) équivaut à 3 martyrs chaque année.

Droits de l'homme et de la communauté internationale, absents en Cisjordanie, présents à Gaza…

A chaque fois que l’on mentionne les droits de l’homme, on parle des droits oubliés ou négligés. À Gaza, lorsque le gouvernement franchit une étape ou émet une décision on trouve toutes les organisations des droits humains rédigeant ses articles, publiant ses rapports, afin de sensibiliser l’opinion politique international. En Cisjordanie, on ne distingue aucune activité de ces organisation, comme si ce qui se passait là, ne concernait pas la commuté international et ne touchait pas aux droits de l’homme.

Des organisations sans droits, et des droits sans protection…masquer les vérités, embrouiller ses traits : le sultan est la menace et la coercition, puisqu’il y a pas de vois au dessus de celle de la jungle….

Quoi donc ?
Les vérités ne sont pas seulement masquées ou négligées, mais plutôt fraudées et modifiées, et le plan de Dayton entoure, encore, fortement la résistance…

Nous considérons ce qui se passe en Cisjordanie, comme une négation des notions de la liberté. Le silence de la commuté internationale n’en est qu’une approbation implicite. De même, tous les participants aux enlèvements, ou meurtres sont partenaires dans le crime commençant par le haut de la pyramide de l'autorité d'Abbas, passant par la centralité et le Conseil Révolutionnaire, et arrivant aux chefs et aux directeurs. Leurs familles assument les conséquences de ce qui se passe, leurs actions ne pourront pas les exempter de la rétribution !!
Tous sont responsables de l'accélération des événements et de la croissance du nombre des personnes visées et des meurtres.

Nous exigeons la divulgation de tous les crimes, dénoncer ceux qui en sont responsables, et la libération immédiate de toutes les personnes enlevées.

بعد ان رآيت التقرير قلت في نفسي انا للاه وانا اليه راجعون.. هل هناك سباق محموم بين بني صهيون وعملائهم على الارض في تسويه الارض وتنظيفها من الشرفاء حتى تكون صالحة لسلام الممزوج بسم الصهيوني !!!
يبدو ان سلطه اوسلو لها تاريخ مماثل لبني صهيون وسجل اسود ... لكن مع الفارق الكبير
ان الصهاينه يعذبون ويعدمون تحت التعذيب اعدائهم ... وفق منظورهم
لكن سلطة اوسلو مع الاسف الشديد ان عملها المشين هو في بني جلدتها واهلها المفترضين!!!

بعد تحرير غزة كان هناك انتقام من بعض هؤلاء .... من امثال المدهون ؟

مسيرة لرجال كبار في السن من حزب التحرير انطلقت في مدينة الخليل ..... النتيجة كانت في استشهاد رجل كبير منهم ......
اعتقد ان الراي القائل بان الشعب الفلسطيني اصبح تحت رحمة ا حتلالين لم يكن مخطيء مع الاسف

سجون السلطة بين 1996- 2007
خمسة عشر عاماً لسُلطة الحكم الذاتي على أرض فلسطين، بدأت بعد انتفاضة الحجارة، إجرامٌ بدأ في غزة، واليوم وبعد انتفاضة الأقصى كان إجرامهم في الضفة، لم يتغير اليوم عن الأمس كثيراً، وإن كانت المدلولات السياسية والعناوين تغيّرت.

القتل هو القتل، والتعذيب هو التعذيب، كأنّ هذه السُلطة الدخيلة لا تعتاش إلا على دماء الفلسطينيين، والحقيقة أنّ مسلسل الإجرام في سجون السُلطة لم يتوقف طيلة الخمسة عشر عاماً؛ لتكون أول حالة وفاة في سجونهم بتاريخ 4/7/1994م، يليها تسع حالات قتل تحت التعذيب في العام 1995م، وثلاث حالات في عام 1996م، و سبع حالات عام 1997م، وأربع حالات في العامين 1998و1999م، وثماني حالات بعد عام 2000م، أي بما مجموعه 32 حالة، وهذه الحالات كلها كانت بين

ولكن للاسف ان هذه الجازر التي يقشعر منها الحيوان قبل الانسان

للاسف من انحنى للمجرمين الملطخة ايديهم بالدماء سيفعل اعظم من هذا

بل للاسف انهم منسوبين لبتني جلدتهم وهم باعوا فلسطين

فمن فعل باخوته واهله لايعد منهم وانما الة بيد غيره

والذي ليس فيه خير لأهله ليس فيه خير لأحد

ليس الغريب غريب الدار _ ان الغريب من ضيع الاخوان
